Project for a small house with views over a valley in a mild climate with sismic activity. The distribution was made so most of the spaces got direct sunlight and views over the velley, leaving the more private areas and closed façades and load bearing walls towards the mountain. The materials and constrcution details achieved richness and correct proportions for the small volumes.
_La distribución de la vivienda se hizo de manera que los espacios principales tuvieran mayor aprovechamiento de la luz natural y las vistas hacia el valle, mientras que los espacios secundarios o más privados están enfocados hacia la montaña, al igual que las fachadas más cerradas y muros estructurales. Los materiales y detalles constructivos logran resaltar las proporciones de los volumenes más pequeños y darle riqueza al conjunto.
